Wanhua Chemical Won the Annual Charity Group Award at the 9th China Charity Festival

On January 14, the 9th China Charity Festival and the "Because of Love" Ceremony were held in Beijing., the Wonder Lab of Wanhua won the Charity Group Award 2019 with its outstanding performance in corporate social responsibility and good reputation among the public.



The Wonder Lab of Wanhua is an activity to introduce chemical knowledge to primary and secondary school students. Since its start in 2015, 22 events have been held across China, including Yantai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Sichuan, and Binzhou, bringing magical and interesting experiments to more than 3,000 students.

The Wonder Lab activities aim to foster the creative thinking of the students, improve their hands-on capabilities, and bring them more knowledge. In addition to exposing them to a magical world of chemistry, they are expected to thrive into talents of innovation in the future. By holding these events, Wanhua innovates the public welfare mechanism, actively cooperates with partners to push the popularization of science among the young generation, and builds a social charity ecosystem to promote the spirit of charity across the society, setting a good example for all.
