Wanhua Chemical Achieves IATF 16949:2016 Certification

On December 5, the IATF 16949: 2016 Automobile Quality Management System Certification Ceremony of Wanhua Chemical Performance Material Business Unit was held in Wanhua Yantai Industrial Park.

The scope of this certification covers the design, development and manufacture of Wanhua thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) and modified products, polycarbonate (PC) and modified products.   

IATF 16949: 2016 as the latest quality management system standard in the international automobile industry, its pertinence and applicability are very clear: this standard is only applicable to assembly plant and their direct spare parts manufacturers. These manufacturers must have direct relationship with the production of automobiles, be able to carry out processing and manufacturing activities, and add value to the products through such activities. There are strict restrictions on the qualification of the certified company and manufacturer. The quality management system of all certified enterprises met international standards, indicating that enterprises can provide customers with expected and satisfactory qualified products continuously and steadily.
