Recycling Economy

At Wanhua, we vigorously carry out the construction of a cycling economy in the Industrial Park on the basis of the idea of big regional recycling and explore a new set of cycling economy development models as follows:
The waste brine generated in the MDI production process is treated to obtain chlor-alkali production materials;
The byproduct H₂ of low cost generated in the chlor-alkali generative process is used for generating aniline after recycling;
The byproduct hydrochloric acid is used as raw materials for PVC and propylene epoxide respectively, thereby extending the industrial chain;
The HCL oxidation process is introduced and adopted to enhance low value-added HCL to high value-added Cl₂;
The slag and ash are used for the production of building materials such as cement and building blocks after reprocessing.
