Wanhua Chemical Introduces an Improved Form Fill Seal Film Packaging

Wanhua Chemical introduces an improved Form Fill Seal (FFS) film packaging that both saves resources and reduces GHG emissions.

 

The polyolefin products reduces film thickness by 33.3%. The film, a 0.12mm bag + 0.10mm cold film combination, matches the industrys benchmark, simultaneously saving 2,200 tons of film usage per year and safeguarding the quality. Wanhua formulated an integrated assessment system involving internal test evaluations, user feedback, and film turnover rates for packaging optimization. The development of the FFS film can realize a reduction of 11,000 tons of CO2 emissions annually by upgrading all Wanhua polyolefin packaging.   

 

We hope to come up with more technical improvements contributing to green solutions.
