Exceptional Performance Driven by Advanced Chemistry
WANNATE® HT-400's unique formulation, featuring low-polymerization uretdione, achieves a significantly lower viscosity (100-280 mPa·s at 25℃) compared to standard products, resulting in a substantial reduction in the system’s VOC content. The uretdione's linear structure imparts flexibility and elasticity to the coatings, while its aliphatic configuration ensures excellent weather resistance.
Versatile Applications and Benefits
• Solvent-Based 2K PU Coatings: Acting as a reactive diluent, WANNATE® HT-400 dramatically reduces both viscosity and VOC content (Figure 1), improving film appearance and adhesion in certain systems.
• 1K Moisture-Curing Coatings: The product's low viscosity facilitates easy defoaming, and the final coating has a unique matte finish.
• Waterborne 2K PU Coatings, UV Resin Synthesis, and Prepolymer Synthesis: WANNATE® HT-400 serves as an effective crosslinker for waterborne 2K PU Coatings, it can also be used in synthesis of UV resin and prepolymer.
