Recently, Wanhua Chemical’s hydrate based CO₂ capture technology was shortlisted for the ICIS “Best Process Innovation from a large company” award.
Developed in collaboration with universities, this technology employs a novel hydrate forming liquid system and a continuous hydrate formation-decomposition process to efficiently capture CO₂ from industrial exhaust gases. It enables carbon reduction in production processes and promotes the green, low-carbon transformation of the industry.
