Solution of Polyurethane Composite
The polyurethane resin system has low viscosity, good wettability with fibers and excellent mechanical properties, and is widely used in automobile luggage holders, inner door panels, doors and windows, telegraph poles and other fields. Wanhua Chemical can provide the customers with foaming and non-foaming polyurethane resin systems which are suitable for the processing technology of various composites.
1 Application of Foaming Polyurethane Resin
The foaming polyurethane composites are mainly used in automobile interior and exterior components. Through foaming, the density of products can be greatly reduced, then the products can be used to replace the non-foaming materials such as metals, truly "reducing the burden" on the automobiles. The combination with fiber ensures the strength of the products, making it far superior to the traditional materials. In actual production, the polyurethane composites can adjust the shape and fiber content of the products as required, and the products design flexibility is very high, so it is widely used in automobile luggage holders, inner door panels, etc.
2 Application of Non-foaming Polyurethane Resin
The non-foaming polyurethane composites can increase the fiber content in the products, greatly improving the strength of the products, and they also have excellent impact strength, toughness and other properties. Due to the excellent properties of polyurethane itself, the products can be made lighter and thinner and with obvious advantages in electrical properties and flame retardancy. In respect of doors and windows profiles, telegraph poles, plate profiles and automobile strength components, the polyurethane composites can fulfill their potential.
Solution of Epoxy Resin Composites
Wanhua Chemical currently owns WANAMINE® MDA series, WANAMINE®H12MDA, WANAMINE®IPDA, WANAMINE® 8100 and other special amine products, which are mainly used as raw materials for epoxy resin curing agents and used in new materials such as fiber reinforced polymers (FRP) and special epoxy resins.
1 Polyether Amine
Wanhua has launched a new polyether amine WANAMINE®8110 for the production of epoxy resin curing agent, which has the characteristics of low viscosity and long operating time. The product has excellent transparency, glossiness, impact resistance, chemical resistance and aging resistance. Wanhua Chemical can provide material solutions for wind power generation, electronic packaging, decorative materials, functional coatings, textile industry and oil and gas exploitation.
2 Aromatic Amine Liquefaction Technology
Also as the raw material of epoxy resin curing agents, Wanhua Chemical's liquid aromatic products have excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance, good chemical resistance and corrosion resistance and are especially suitable for preparing high-performance composites such as high-pressure FRP pipes, prepreg and laminates. Compared with other aromatic amines, it has long operating time, presents the status of low viscosity liquid at room temperature and shows good manufacturability.
