Lightweight flame-retardant bottom protective plate
It adopts PU sandwich composite, so no need for additional layers. The upper and lower skins are produced by HP-RTM process, and only PU material needs to be injected during production.
- Only 0.05 W/m·K of thermal conductivity coefficient, excellent thermal insulation
- UL94 V0 in flame retardant test, without being burned through for 10 minutes at 1000 ℃
- Deformation <2 mm under 120J impact energy
- With a density of 0.6 g/cm3, 50% weight reduction compared to traditional steel+PVC plate
Impact-resistant and flame-retardant pultruded material
It is composed of glass fiber reinforced polyurethane pultruded composite, which provides a strong structure perpendicular to the driving direction, improving the structural strength and impact resistance of the battery pack.

Impact-resistant coating for automotive
It is mainly used for compartments like automotive power battery house cover and bottom protective plate that require extra protection for stone impact. It features excellent thermal insulation, physical properties, and good operability.

- Simple process, fast spraying and curing, no need for baking
