Fast-drying Curing Agent:
WANNATE® IT-170B, composed of 70% solid IPDI trimer diluted with various solvents, demonstrates exceptional physical drying characteristics. It is suitable for both self-drying and baking systems. This curing agent offers outstanding weather resistance, gloss, color retention, and excellent mechanical properties. It finds applications in automotive refinish and OEM, industrial, and plastic coatings, especially when combined with HT series products.
Blocked Curing Agent:
The WANNATE® HTBL series comprises blocked aliphatic polyisocyanate compounds derived from hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). Known for superior chemical and weather resistance, it is the preferred choice for coil and can coatings. These products also act as curing agents for light-stable, one-component (1K) polyurethane coatings, enhancing flexibility and bonding in baking paints.
